We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. They process MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, Amex and eChecks. You can also mail your order to us with a
check or money order.
Shipping is provided within the continental US and
Canada only.

Policies
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days and this will depend on
the order volume at the time. Please consider this around the holidays and
order early. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Everything will
be shipped in the order it was received. If paying by check please expect a
4-5 day delay until the check has cleared before your order is shipped. We
generally use the United Postal System for shipping but if you need us to ship
it via a different carrier, let us know when you place the order under
"special instructions." Just email us and we will accommodate you. Please make
sure all of your address information is correct at time of order. Any
incomplete addresses or information that appears to be missing will delay your
order processing. You may include your phone number with your order and if we
have any questions we will contact you by phone or we can contact you via
email to confirm your information.
Backorder
We do everything to keep all items in stock and available so that we may
ship it quickly. But sometimes we run out due to high volume ordering. Should
this happen you will be contacted prior to your order going out so that we may
offer you a substitute, credit, refund or actual item when available, which is
usually no longer then 4-5 days.

These shipping charges apply for each delivery address and order--These
rates apply to shipping within the continental US and Canada only. All
shipments will include insurance and delivery confirmation. We ship
exclusively via United Parcel Service. We only use regular postal service for
sample orders and shipments to Canada. Shipping prices reflected below apply
to retail orders only.

Special Note regarding shipping to our Canadian customers: We love shipping
to you but please be advised that in certain areas of Canada your order may
take additional time to get to it's destination.
Special note about our shipping charges:
Shipping charges are an estimate only at this time. If the charges of
shipping your item(s) is higher than estimated you will be contacted for
approval prior to your order shipping out. If the shipping charges exceed the
estimate stated at time of order, you will receive a refund for the excess
amount.
Returns and Refunds
If your package arrives damaged let your carrier know before you open it.
If you are unable to do this and upon discovering the obvious damage you can
contact us for further help. If something was sent in error contact us so that
we may correct the oversight. In either case your satisfaction with our
products is important to us and we will solve the situation.
If after you receive your order you are not satisfied you may ship it back
to us for a complete refund minus shipping charges. Refunds can be made via
check and mailed back to the billing address or sent back to you through
PayPal.
